SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders that are in stock and placed during normal business hours Monday- Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card verification and authorization have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following business day.
Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping date on the specific product's page. We will update you when your pre-order item is ready to ship.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at check-out.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the shipping estimate. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm/calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
(Valid for any orders placed after June 18, 2018)
Any unused merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to us within 10 business days of receipt of product. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. We obtain the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we deem used and not returned in the same condition as received.
Items are eligible for exchange up to 30 days after the receipt of the product. We will attempt to do an exchange if the item is available and in stock. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
*Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Each bag will be thoroughly inspected for quality before it is shipped to you. Our products have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects in the highly unlikely event that something is missed. *Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
Please fill out the contact form with subject title "Warranty" first before returning. Your case will be reviewed and you will be provided with an RA number if it is determined there is a manufacturing defect.
